This Senior Food Service Lead role requires a strong background in catering, preferably with experience in managing teams in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will be able to balance the needs of customers, staff, and the business, while maintaining a focus on delivering high-quality food and exceptional customer service.

You will be responsible for implementing and reviewing Health & Safety standards, supporting and training our teams, leading from the front to make sure everyone can excel in their role, and providing brilliant financial acumen.

The estimated salary for this position is £38,000 - £48,000 per annum, depending on experience. This is a permanent full-time role working 40 hours per week, 5 out of 7 days. We require a Basic Food Hygiene certificate and excellent financial acumen.
