Job Summary

We're seeking a skilled Sales and Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you'll be responsible for guiding our customers to finding their ideal piece of furniture, providing expert advice, and ensuring a seamless shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues promptly.
  • Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of our products, including features, benefits, and pricing.
  • Use consultative sales techniques to identify customer needs and preferences, making recommendations that meet their requirements.
