About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Medical Affairs Representative to join our team at Novartis Farmacéutica.

About the Job:

  • Develop and execute strategies to drive sales growth and expand customer relationships.
  • Foster deep understanding of customer organizations, networks, and influencers to inform business decisions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve sales targets and support product launches.
  • Present technical portfolios to customer audiences and develop professional relationships.
  • Stay up-to-date on market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform strategic planning.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify business opportunities and develop account plans.
  • Present products and services to customer audiences and respond to customer inquiries.
  • Provide market intelligence and insights to inform business decisions.
  • Contribute to the development of marketing materials and sales collateral.

Requirements:

  • Degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
  • Proven sales experience in primary or secondary care, with a strong track record of success.
  • High level of self-motivation, dedication, and commitment to delivering results.
  • Experience and understanding of the UK healthcare system.
  • Strong communication, selling, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Salary: £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
