We are seeking an experienced Medical Affairs Representative to join our team at Novartis Farmacéutica.
About the Job:
- Develop and execute strategies to drive sales growth and expand customer relationships.
- Foster deep understanding of customer organizations, networks, and influencers to inform business decisions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve sales targets and support product launches.
- Present technical portfolios to customer audiences and develop professional relationships.
- Stay up-to-date on market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform strategic planning.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify business opportunities and develop account plans.
- Present products and services to customer audiences and respond to customer inquiries.
- Provide market intelligence and insights to inform business decisions.
- Contribute to the development of marketing materials and sales collateral.
Requirements:
- Degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
- Proven sales experience in primary or secondary care, with a strong track record of success.
- High level of self-motivation, dedication, and commitment to delivering results.
- Experience and understanding of the UK healthcare system.
- Strong communication, selling, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Salary: £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
