About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Senior Registered Mental Health Nurse to join our team at Merco Recruitment. As a Senior RMN, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality care to individuals with mental illness and personality disorders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and develop a team of mental health professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent patient care.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of patient care plans, working closely with the multidisciplinary team.

Requirements
  • A valid nursing qualification and NMC registration.
