Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of quality professionals and be accountable for providing competence and capability to ensure effective and efficient execution of quality delivery.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain strategic improvement plans for programs, projects, and functions, feeding into the overall sub-functional strategy.
  • Provide leadership and strategic direction on the quality service delivery model in the relevant business area.
  • Drive an optimized and cohesive approach to delivery through collaborative working.
  • Strategic resource management to maximize utilization and efficiency of service delivery.
  • Make informed resourcing decisions via service level arrangements based on a clear understanding of program and/or function objectives and requirements.
  • Focus on driving efficiencies in the quality service delivery through working closely with relevant business areas to identify improvement opportunities.

Requirements
