Paint Spraying Technician

We are seeking a skilled Paint Spraying Operative to join our team at W P Recruitment & HR Ltd. As a key member of our manufacturing team, you will be responsible for preparing parts and assemblies for painting, mixing paint and other materials to specifications, and operating and maintaining equipment.
Key Responsibilities- Preparation of parts and assemblies for painting, working to quality standards
- Mixing of paint and other materials to specifications
- Operation, cleaning, and maintenance of equipment
- Use of heat or oven drying techniques
- Ensuring adherence to COSHH and health and safety standards
- Previous paint spraying experience is required, ideally within the manufacturing, automotive, or related sector
- Organized and able to work well to instructions as well as part of a team
- Good attention to detail and cleanliness
