Estate Agent Sales Progressor

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Estate Agent Sales Progressor to join our expanding team at Kings Permanent Recruitment for Estate Agents & Financial Services Professionals.
As a key member of our Sales team, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional client care and driving sales success. Your primary responsibility will be to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring they receive timely and accurate updates throughout the sales process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver regular market updates and property performance reports to clients.
- Liaise between buyers, solicitors, and sellers to facilitate smooth transactions.
- Manage negotiations between buyers and sellers to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.
- Coordinate viewings and collaborate with team members to ensure successful property transactions.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A driven and target-focused attitude to work.
- Strong negotiation skills.
- A high level of organisation and independence.
What We Offer:
- A competitive basic salary of £22,000 - £24,000.
- Uncapped commission potential of £30,000+.
