Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Cloud Platform Engineer to join our Cloud Engineering organization. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing, building, and managing elastic and cost-effective cloud infrastructure using Kubernetes and cloud infrastructure technologies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement scalable, secure, and efficient cloud systems using Kubernetes and cloud infrastructure technologies.

  • Collaborate with multiple product teams to implement security, data protection, and high availability strategies.

  • Develop and maintain infrastructure as code using tools like Terraform, AWS CDK, and CloudFormation.

  • Implement and manage continuous deployment pipelines using tools such as ArgoCD and Helm.

  • Troubleshoot and conduct root cause analysis for Linux and Windows servers.

  • Enhance monitoring and logging with Prometheus and ELK stack.

  • Optimize ingress/egress traffic routing.

  • Develop cost reduction strategies for cloud infrastructure.

  • Ensure compliance with security standards and implement robust monitoring and logging practices.

Requirements

  • Extensive experience managing Kubernetes infrastructure, including EKS and AKS.

  • Proficiency with infrastructure as code tools like Terraform, AWS CDK, and CloudFormation.

  • Experience with continuous deployment tools such as ArgoCD and Helm.

  • Strong troubleshooting skills and experience with Linux and Windows server environments.

  • Ability to design scalable, secure, and efficient cloud systems.

  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.

  • Problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.

  • Familiarity with security and compliance standards in cloud environments.

  • Experience with Prometheus monitoring stack and ELK logging system.

  • Expertise in traffic routing (ingress/egress).

  • Experience with cost reduction strategies in cloud environments.

  • Proficiency in any programming language, such as Typescript or Python.
