About the Role:

We are seeking a seasoned Health & Social Care Leader to join our Senior Leadership Team as Head of Nursing and Quality in Wales. As part of this role, you will lead non-medical clinical staff across Wales, ensuring person-centred, safe, and effective care.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide professional leadership for clinical teams, managing workforce development, recruitment and retention, performance, and capability management.
  • Ensure a robust governance framework is in place to optimise standards, manage risk, and facilitate continuous quality improvement.
  • Take responsibility for service design, incorporating the lived experience and voice of citizens.
What We Offer:
  • A competitive annual salary of approximately £60,000 - £70,000, depending on experience.
