About this Role:
This is an exciting opportunity to join our busy office team as a Business Administration Apprentice. You will work alongside our existing team to gain hands-on experience and develop your skills in business administration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answering phones and taking messages
- Providing administrative support to the team
- Data entry of certification
- Raising internal job sheets and technical worksheets for onsite engineers
- Processing incoming and outgoing certification
- Filing and archiving documents
Requirements:
- GCSE or equivalent in Maths and English (grade 4/C)
- Own transport is essential for this role
Training and Development:
- The training will take place at the workplace over the duration of the apprenticeship
Salary:
- Wage may be higher depending on experience (£)**
