Job Description

We are currently seeking a skilled Senior Rail Maintenance Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our rail fleet.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Undertake regular inspections and maintenance activities to ensure the optimal performance of our trains.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to resolve technical issues and improve maintenance efficiency.
  • Develop and implement maintenance procedures to enhance overall quality and safety.
  • Provide expert guidance and support to junior engineers and technicians.
  • Work closely with other departments to identify and address potential maintenance issues before they become major problems.
Requirements:
  • Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, or equivalent experience.
  • Proven experience in rail maintenance or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of rail safety regulations and standards.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Able to work at heights and in confined spaces.
