- Manage risks within the plan and adjust orders as needed to achieve customer service and stock targets.
- Collaborate with suppliers to resolve issues with materials availability and share forecasts with them.
- Monitor and minimize obsolete/over stocks, publishing expected levels.
- Champion ongoing communication with operations teams to ensure accurate exchange of information.
- Identify and implement continuous improvements in your area.
- Maintain a state of perpetual audit-readiness for all audits, ensuring working practices are compliant at all times.
- Translate production plans into material requirements and convert them into supplier purchase orders.
We're looking for a skilled professional with a time-served understanding of the planning process, FMCG knowledge, and experience working in a fast-paced seasonal environment. You should have worked with multiple ranges of SKUs, both short and long lead times, and possess strong analytical thinking and computer literacy, including experience with ERP systems.
