We are seeking a highly skilled Executive Assistant to support our Executive Director in the Corporate Services team at Hampshire and Isle of Wight ICB. The successful candidate will have excellent organizational skills, be able to communicate effectively with colleagues and stakeholders, and have a strong understanding of Microsoft Office.

Salary and Benefits

The salary for this role is £29,970 - £36,483 per annum, with a minimum of 27 days paid holiday and bank holiday entitlement. We also offer sick pay policy, occupational health services including staff counselling services, flexible working and family friendly policies, and flexible retirement and retirement vouchers.

Job Description

This is a permanent full-time position, working 37.5 hours per week. You will be responsible for assimilating, managing, and communicating a wide range of information, some of which will be sensitive and complex. You will also be required to communicate with tact, understanding and discretion with members of the public/patients/carers when dealing with enquiries/complaints. Additionally, you will respond to all queries, correspondence and telephone calls coming into the office in a timely and professional manner.

  • You will act on behalf of the Executive Director(s), in times of absence, by making rapid and accurate assessments of urgent/sensitive situations that can be addressed by appropriate colleagues within the organisation in order to meet deadlines, provide solutions and avoid disruptions.
