The Role
No two days will be the same in this position.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate roles to recruit for by meeting new clients, understanding their organization, and supporting their current and future recruitment needs.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to create a consistent job flow.
- Work creatively across multiple platforms to grow a game-changing candidate pipeline and place candidates in their ideal roles.
- Be a subject matter expert in your chosen market, acting as a trusted advisor to clients and candidates, and cross-selling our products and services.

Requirements
- Approachable, positive attitude, and good communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Experience as a Recruitment Consultant in an agency environment in Professional Services.
- Ability to build and retain business.
