We are seeking a skilled and empathetic Financial Advisor to join our team at Salmon Financial Planning. As a Financial Advisor, you will be responsible for providing expert financial advice to clients, understanding their financial situations, and developing personalized financial plans aligned to their individual goals.

You will help your clients understand their options, make knowledge-led decisions about next steps, and be available to review those plans via an ongoing, trusted relationship.

As a Financial Advisor, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients, develop your skills and knowledge, and contribute to the growth and success of our business.

If you are part-qualified (Level 4 Diploma in Financial Advice), we offer additional support, including industry-leading training and financial support for qualifications via the St James's Place Academy.

This role is located at our Bishop's Stortford office, with flexibility for some remote work.
