Senior Lecturer in HND Construction Management

We are seeking a highly qualified Senior Lecturer in HND Construction Management to join our academic team at GBS Global Applied Knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver high-quality teaching across a range of modules related to construction management, including project planning, risk assessment, and sustainable practices.
  • Supervise student work and provide support and feedback.
  • Attend meetings as required, to contribute to the decision-making process and to develop productive working relationships within the various teams.
  • Participate in the GBS performance management programme, meeting a range of clearly defined objectives for student outcomes, student satisfaction, retention and attendance.

Requirements:

  • An honours degree in construction management, project management, or equivalent, with qualifications at least Master's level in a relevant subject area.
  • Previous lecturing experience for similar courses.
  • Professional conduct in all interactions with staff and students.
  • Extensive knowledge of relevant subject matter.
  • A firm commitment to personal and professional development.
