Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Housekeeping Attendant to join our team at YOTELPAD London Stratford. As a key member of our housekeeping team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and service in our cabins.

Key Responsibilities
  • Carry out thorough cleaning and sanitizing of cabins, including dusting, vacuuming, and restocking amenities.
  • Remove all soiled linens and terry from cabins and replace with fresh supplies.
  • Empty wastebaskets and transport trash and waste to disposal areas.
  • Replenish supplies, such as drinking glasses, linens, and bathroom items.
  • Clean rugs, carpets, upholstered furniture, and draperies using vacuum cleaners.
  • Dust and polish furniture and equipment.
  • Clean windows, walls, ceilings, and woodwork, waxing and polishing as necessary.
  • Ensure all electronic devices are working properly.
  • Observe precautions to protect hotel and guest property.
  • Keep storage areas and carts well-stocked, clean, and tidy.
  • Respect guest privacy and maintain confidentiality.
  • Return lost items found in cabins to the Housekeeping department.
  • Stock cart with cabin supplies.
  • Comply with company and departmental safety rules and regulations.
  • Report out-of-ordinary issues and unsafe conditions immediately.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to demonstrate a strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently as part of a team. You will also need to be physically fit and able to lift and move heavy equipment and supplies.
