We are a well-established practice in the North of England seeking a highly skilled Family Lawyer to join our family law department.

Role Summary

This is a full-time position for a Family Lawyer at Place Blair and Hatch Solicitors. You will be responsible for handling a wide range of family law matters, providing expert advice, drafting legal documents, representing clients in court and negotiating settlements. While advocacy skills are desirable, they are not essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Law degree and valid practicing certificate
• Proven experience in family law covering a mixture of finances and children applications
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively
• Demonstrated empathy, understanding and professionalism when dealing with sensitive family matters
• Membership of Resolution or a willingness to join Resolution
