Job Title: Nighttime Caregiver**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Nighttime Caregiver to join our team at The Rowan Organisation. As a Nighttime Caregiver, you will provide one-to-one support to our 22-year-old daughter, L, who requires continuous assistance with her daily needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- **Ensure L's Safety:** Observe and monitor L's well-being throughout the night, responding promptly to her needs and ensuring her safety at all times.
- **Supervise NIV Device:** Supervise and ensure the correct use of L's Non-Invasive Ventilation (NIV) device during the night.
- **Personal Care:** Assist L with her personal care needs, including hygiene and changing her pad as required.
- **Nutritional Support:** Provide L with drinks and snacks at agreed intervals, ensuring her nutritional needs are met.
- **Light Domestic Duties:** Undertake light domestic and administrative duties to support L's family and daytime Personal Assistants.
- **Record Keeping:** Maintain accurate records of L's nighttime care, including observations and any issues that may arise.
Requirements:
- **Punctuality and Reliability:** Essential for this role, as you will be working independently at night.
- **Patience and Supportiveness:** A calm and patient demeanor is required to provide the best possible care for L.
- **Honesty and Trustworthiness:** You will be working with sensitive information and must be able to maintain confidentiality.
- **Understanding of Personal Safety:** You should have a thorough understanding of personal safety and be able to respond appropriately in emergency situations.
