About the Role

As a Relief Pharmacist with The Boots Company PLC, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer and patient care across a range of pharmacies. Your primary areas of focus will include:

  • Delivering our pharmacy strategy through expert care and advice
  • Making informed legal and ethical decisions in the pharmacy
  • BUILDING THE PHARMACY CAPABILITY OF STORE TEAMS
  • Conducting regular reviews to ensure customer and patient safety is paramount
  • Providing a range of professional pharmacy services

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • A professional, caring character and a genuine desire to make a positive impact
  • Registration with the relevant pharmacy regulator (GPhC, PSNI, PSI)
  • High levels of professional expertise and respect from stakeholders, peers, patients, customers, and external professionals
  • A passion for community pharmacy and delivering exceptional patient care
  • Excellent knowledge of pharmacy operations and national/local services
  • Strong communication skills, enabling you to effectively engage with diverse customers and patients

We offer a competitive salary of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as a range of benefits, including:
