Junior Sous Chef Opportunity

We are seeking a talented and ambitious Junior Sous Chef to join our dynamic kitchen team at Bistrot Pierre. As a key member of our culinary team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional dining experiences for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver high standards of food quality, presentation, and hygiene
  • Work closely with the Sous Chef to maintain a smooth and efficient kitchen operation
  • Develop and implement new menu ideas and recipes
  • Lead by example and mentor junior team members
Requirements:
  • Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or Junior Sous Chef
  • Strong knowledge of kitchen operations and food safety
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
