Job Summary
We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Female Personal Care Assistant to provide support to a lovely lady in the Cheadle area. As a Personal Care Support Worker, you will be responsible for assisting with daily tasks, providing companionship, and promoting independence.
Main Responsibilities
- Assist with personal care tasks, such as getting changed and preparing meals
- Provide companionship and engage in activities such as watching TV, listening to music, and going for walks
- Accompany the client on outings, such as coffee, lunch, and shopping
Requirements
- Driver with own vehicle
- Enhanced DBS check
- Honest, trustworthy, and reliable
- Enthusiastic and flexible with a caring disposition
- Ability to work independently
Working Hours and Rate of Pay
9 hours per week, with days and times to be discussed on interview. The hourly rate is £12.27.
Personal Assistant Specification
As a Personal Care Support Worker, you will be accountable to the client in all aspects of your work. You will be responsible for respecting the client's privacy and maintaining their dignity. You will also be required to ask for the client's needs and listen to their directions and requests.
