Job Overview

We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Bartender to join our hospitality team at The Red Lion Inn. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests while ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. Your role will involve preparing and serving drinks, maintaining cleanliness, and contributing to an enjoyable experience for all patrons.

Estimated Salary: £25,000 - £35,000 per year

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks.
• Maintain a clean and organised bar area, ensuring all equipment is in good working order.
• Engage with customers, taking orders accurately and providing recommendations when needed.
• Monitor customer behaviour and ensure responsible service of alcohol.
• Assist with inventory management by tracking stock levels and reporting shortages.
• Follow food safety regulations and maintain hygiene standards at all times.

Requirements:

• Must be 18 years old to work alone behind the bar.
• Must be able to drive due to late-night finishes.
• Must be able to work weekends.
