**Key Responsibilities:**

  • You will be office based as well as frequently attending sites across the South east to determine mechanical applications and requirements for commercial projects.
  • Meeting with clients and design teams to determine mechanical applications and requirements for commercial projects.
  • Carrying out site surveys to determine requirements and to assist with pricing for installation works with varying degrees of design requirements.
  • Preparing technical reports, design specifications documents, and operational manuals.
  • Presentation of proposals to clients and external project team members.

**Requirements and Qualifications:**

  • Ideally you will have a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or relevant qualification.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience as a HVAC design engineer or similar position.
  • Solid knowledge of design and engineering principles and best practices.
  • Familiarity with building services plant including Heating, Ventilation and Ductwork, Air Conditioning, Heat Pumps and Hot and Cold Water services etc.
  • Ideal candidate holds Chartered Engineer status.
  • Proficiency in using common design software, such as AutoCAD etc.

The salary for this role is estimated to be around GBP60,000 per annum. Additional benefits include:
