The ideal candidate will lead the development of the company's content syndication platform, aligning product initiatives with business objectives. This role will play a crucial part in managing comprehensive offer types, including gift cards, vouchers, deals, and cashbacks, ensuring the company's solutions remain at the cutting edge of technology and market demands.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement the vision and strategy for the content syndication platform, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Collaborate closely with engineering teams to design and implement new features that enhance automation capabilities and user experience.
  • Identify market opportunities through rigorous analysis of industry trends and user feedback to continuously improve product offerings.
  • Organize and prioritize product backlog items, ensuring timely delivery of developments that maximize value.
  • Develop data-driven approaches to measure the effectiveness of new features and iterate based on performance metrics.
  • Monitor technological advancements and regulatory changes that could impact the product roadmap or operational compliance.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Product Manager or similar role in technology-driven product development, particularly in CMS and automation.
  • Strong analytical skills with a track record of implementing successful features based on user and market data.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, capable of working effectively with cross-functional teams and influencing senior management.
  • Tech background with an understanding of software development and web technologies.
  • Experience in agile methodologies and continuous integration/delivery practices.
