About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Risk Manager to join our UK Risk Office team. As a Risk Manager, you will play a critical role in identifying and delivering the tools required by the business to effectively manage the UK LAUNCH Change Management process.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and deliver the UK LAUNCH Programme in line with Enterprise Standards, providing Accountable Executives and Intent Requestors with the necessary tools to assess risks associated with business change.
  • Implement opportunities identified to deliver value and maximize efficiency.
  • Partner with internal risk or oversight groups to identify opportunities.
  • Produce regular process health reporting for internal stakeholders.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across the business.

Requirements

  • Risk management experience, or a desire to learn and grow in this field.
  • Ability to self-identify process improvements to improve efficiency and execute them.
  • Previous experience of problem-solving through process evaluation.
  • Great stakeholder management skills and the ability to influence and collaborate with a wide range of people.
  • Able to partner within and beyond the team, building productive, cross-business relationships.
  • Workshop facilitation experience.
  • Previous experience working in a highly-regulated industry and/or corporate environment.
