About the Role
A leading healthcare and risk management solutions provider is seeking a Digital Community Manager to lead their global social media strategy. The focus will be on developing a community-first approach that prioritizes dialogue and engagement over broad broadcast methods.
Responsibilities
Develop a community-first social media strategy that prioritizes dialogue and engagement.
Lead the creation and curation of original, engaging content across platforms such as LinkedIn, X, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube.
Collaborate cross-functionally with all departments to ensure social media is integrated into all customer touchpoints.
Regularly analyze social media metrics, focusing on engagement and interaction metrics as key performance indicators.
Requirements
Proven experience in developing and executing social media strategies that prioritize interaction.
Prior experience in a B2B social media role is essential.
Strong background in crafting compelling, narrative-driven content tailored to different platforms and audiences with a clear focus on creating conversations.
Familiarity with social media management tools and analytics platforms, ideally HubSpot experience.
