From £27,148.16 to £40,327.04 OTE

As a Personal Trainer at Nuffield Health, you'll be part of a team that's passionate about helping people achieve their fitness goals. With a permanent contract and a competitive OTE, you'll have the stability and security to focus on what you do best – delivering exceptional training experiences.

You'll be confident, outgoing, and approachable, with a natural ability to connect with and motivate members. Whether you've been training for a while or just recently qualified, you'll have achieved REPs Level 3 or CIMSPA Practitioner (or above). Your excellent communication skills will enable you to explain things clearly and listen actively.

As a Personal Trainer, you will:

  • Have full access to Nuffield Health's range of services
  • Connect with and motivate members to reach their fitness goals and maintain a healthier lifestyle
  • Be confident about delivering a range of sessions and consultations
  • Carry out high-quality inductions, Personal best programmes, group and personal training sessions, and general gym duties
  • Enjoy clear career progression with opportunities to move onwards and upwards
  • Explore opportunities to progress into a Wellbeing Lead and management roles
  • Have the opportunity for further training from the in-house Personal Best program, upskilling to Les Mills instructor and group cycle, plus additional CPD opportunities
