">About the Role
">We are seeking an experienced Senior Security Analyst to join our team in a senior role. As a Senior Security Analyst, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of our cybersecurity strategy across the UK, Ireland, Finland, the Netherlands, Luxembourg, and Belgium.

- You will work closely with our Security Architects to drive projects and proactively monitor workloads.">
- Act as a mentor to a team of cyber security professionals, providing guidance and support to help them develop their skills and achieve their career goals.">
- Maintain crisis communication plans and provide timely updates during security incidents.">
- Collaborate with our Digital Business teams to understand their specific security requirements and concerns.">
- Develop and implement sustainable cyber security policies and procedures that align with industry best practices and standards.">
Requirements
">To be successful in this role, you will need:

- Strong knowledge of enterprise IT architecture.">
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to think strategically.">
- Strong problem-solving ability with excellent communication skills.">
- Experience of performing risk assessments or audits.">
- Managed security or critical incidents.">
- Experience supervising a team.">
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field.">
- Professional certifications within the security or related fields an advantage.">
