Key Highlights- Low Visiting: Our practice has a very low visiting rate, with ANPs and Physician Associates carrying out the bulk of visits, allowing you to focus on clinical work and patient care.
- High Levels of Support: Our practice has a strong support team, including a pharmacist to assist with prescriptions, and a multi-disciplinary team of Nurse Practitioners, Pharmacists, and Physician Associates.
- Clinical Leadership: As a GP in our practice, you will have the opportunity to take on clinical leadership roles and contribute to the development of our practice.
- Career Progression: We offer a range of opportunities for career progression, whether you are interested in clinical leadership, teaching, or research.
- Competitive Salary: Our salary range is £11,000 - £12,000 per session, with indemnity paid, private health insurance, and NHS pension.
Our practice is a purpose-built, forward-thinking, and dynamic set-up, with a strong focus on patient care and clinical progression. We are committed to providing a supportive and inclusive environment for our GPs, with a range of opportunities for career development and progression.
What We Offer- 6-8 Sessions: We offer a flexible sessional pattern, with 6-8 sessions per week.
- Realistic Workload: Our workload is realistic, with 16 appointments per session, a mix of face-to-face and virtual consultations.
- Less Than 10 Documents Per Day: We have a streamlined administrative process, with less than 10 documents per day, allowing you to focus on clinical work and patient care.
- Triaging Hub: Our triaging hub ensures that all urgent queries, home visits, and appointments are dealt with, leaving you to focus on patient care.
