Electrical Site Manager - Commercial Project

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Site Manager to oversee electrical activities on a commercial project. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in managing electrical installations for commercial properties, ensuring all work meets project specifications and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Manage electrical activities on-site, ensuring they meet project specifications and adhere to safety protocols.
  2. Coordinate with subcontractors and other trades to ensure seamless progress of electrical works.
  3. Ensure compliance with health and safety protocols, managing site operations in line with SSSTS or SMSTS standards.
  4. Liaise with the Project Manager and other site personnel to ensure timelines are met without compromising on quality.
  5. Maintain high standards of workmanship, ensuring that all installations meet industry regulations.
Requirements:
  1. A minimum of 4 years' experience as an Electrical Site Manager in commercial projects.
  2. Relevant electrical qualifications and certifications.
  3. SSSTS/SMSTS certification is essential.
  4. Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team of electricians and subcontractors.
