Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Nursing Home Manager to lead our team in Peterlee. Our client is dedicated to delivering exceptional care and continuously improving standards across the North.

As a Nursing Home Manager, you will enjoy a competitive salary of up to £55,000, complemented by a comprehensive benefits package. This includes private healthcare cover, a company stakeholder pension scheme, and 33 days of annual leave.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure the physical, emotional, and social needs of residents are met.
  • Deliver clinical guidance and training to staff.
  • Conduct assessments and develop individualized care plans.
  • Monitor work areas and practices for safety and compliance.
  • Champion resident wellbeing and establish a vision for the home.
