Regional Sales Manager, UK Equipment & Solutions Company
COREcruitment Ltd is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Sales Manager to drive sales growth and expand our presence in the Midlands region. Our client is a leading supplier of high-quality kitchen equipment, providing innovative solutions to the hospitality, education, healthcare sectors, and dealerships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to increase revenue within the Midlands territory.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities across the hospitality, education, healthcare sectors, and dealerships.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, including chefs, procurement officers, facility managers, and dealership representatives.
- Deliver product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the benefits and features of our kitchen equipment.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and seamless service delivery.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales, achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Stay informed of industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to remain competitive.
- Regular reporting on sales activities, forecasts, and market feedback to senior management.
Requirements:
- Proven track record in sales, preferably in the kitchen equipment or related industries.
- Experience selling into the hospitality, education, and healthcare sectors is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of B2B sales processes and relationship-building techniques.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to travel extensively within the Midlands region.
- A full, clean driving license.
