Job Overview

Jenolite is a leading manufacturer of rust treatments, paints, and surface treatment products. We are seeking a highly skilled Accounting and Payroll Specialist to join our team.

This is an exciting opportunity for a talented individual to lead our accounting and payroll functions and contribute to the company's continued success. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of accounting and payroll, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and finance, with experience in managing accounting and payroll operations in a similar role. They will also have excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports
  • Oversee accounting and payroll operations, including accounts payable and receivable, payroll, and cash flow management
  • Implement and maintain accounting and payroll systems and processes
  • Provide financial analysis and recommendations to support business decisions
  • Manage relationships with external partners and suppliers

The successful candidate will have the following qualifications and skills:

  • ACA/CIMA qualification or equivalent
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a senior financial role
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
