Job Description

Job Title: Volunteer Administrator

Job Summary:

C2 Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled Volunteer Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our People & Culture team, you will provide administrative support to our Volunteer Services team, ensuring the smooth operation of our volunteer program.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide overall administration support to the Volunteer Services team, including end-to-end recruitment processes, safer recruitment checks, and reference enquires.
  • Conduct queries and provide first-level advice and guidance or referral to other team members.
  • Accurately and timely input information into the HRIS, including checking and clarifying information provided by departmental managers.
  • Provide basic people advice when responding to and resolving queries.

Requirements:

  • CIPD level 3 or diploma qualification or equivalent level of demonstrable experience in Volunteer Management and/or People functions.
  • An understanding of Equal Opportunities and valuing Diversity.
  • Demonstrable experience of working in a people-orientated function and recruitment, delivering high-volume end-to-end recruitment campaigns and supporting managers to develop and implement plans.
  • Comprehensive knowledge and understanding of pre-employment checks and UKBA requirements.
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines, sustaining medium and long-term priorities.
