Job Title: Site Manager

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Site Manager to oversee a £1.6M domestic project in Eastbourne. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining high levels of health, safety, and environmental standards, as well as building and maintaining good relationships with subcontractors and direct employees.

Key Responsibilities:
• Maintaining health, safety, and environmental standards
• Supervising and coordinating on-site staff, subcontractors, plant, and materials
• Writing RAMS and risk assessments for each activity
• Conducting regular site safety checks and maintaining quality control procedures
• Developing and maintaining good relationships with subcontractors and direct employees

Requirements:
• CSCS, SMSTS, and First Aid at Work certifications
• Strong communication and liaison skills
• Good IT skills, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
