Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert technical support for GV Stratus, ensuring optimal operational efficiency and resolving complex issues.
  • Design and implement robust technical infrastructure for playout services, ensuring high-quality broadcast delivery.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to configure and resolve technical issues, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum productivity.
  • Test and upgrade software using the control point server, staying up-to-date with the latest technologies and industry standards.

Requirements:

  • Deep understanding of GV Stratus workflows and architecture, with experience in troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues.
