Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Systems Technician to join our team at Sy3. This role offers a challenging opportunity for long-term career progression with a successful and forward-thinking organisation.

About the Role
As a Mechanical Systems Technician, you will be responsible for providing delivery of planned and reactive FM maintenance services, including service, maintenance, and repairs on installations such as ventilation systems, heating and cooling systems, water system assets, and more. You will maintain logs of inspection reports and remedial work, work at heights and in confined spaces, and participate in the On-Call Rota.

Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need experience within a Maintenance/Facilities Management environment, BOAS accreditation, City & Guilds Level 3 or Level 5 NVQ or HNC equivalent, knowledge of Health & Safety, Permit to Work procedures and safe systems of working, and a full UK driving license is required.
