Job Description

This role is for a Senior Data Centre Director who will form part of the Sector Leadership team at Hoare Lea. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and directing key projects in the data centre and mission critical sector. This will include meeting with clients, managing multidisciplinary design teams, providing technical leadership and guidance, and delivering successful projects from inception to completion.

The salary for this position is around £100,000 per year, depending on experience. We offer a competitive package that includes benefits such as 25 days annual leave, contributory pension scheme, and employee assistance programme.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and encourage repeat business opportunities
  • Lead large-scale complex projects in the UK and internationally
  • Work with and refine strict governance processes associated with mission critical projects
  • Support other directors in developing client relationships in new or existing business sectors
  • Broaden and build upon the services offered within your area of responsibility or expertise
  • Develop leadership and support relevant directors in strategic direction of the business
