Job Title: Van Driver Days

The Recruitment Crowd are currently recruiting on behalf of our well-known and industry-leading client based in the Peterborough area. We are seeking dedicated van drivers to join the team.

Job Summary:

We are looking for reliable and skilled van drivers to operate company vehicles, delivering and collecting parcels from clients' Parcelshop and Smart Locker networks. The ideal candidate will have a valid UK driver's license, strong communication skills, and the ability to work 5-6 shifts per week, including weekends.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Safely and efficiently operate company vans to deliver and collect parcels.
  • Manually load and unload vehicles with packages.
  • Follow established delivery routes and schedules.
  • Ensure all parcels are handled with care and delivered in a timely manner.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to recipients and senders.
  • Complete all required paperwork accurately and in a timely manner.
Requirements:
  • A valid UK driver's license.
  • No more than 6 points on license (minor offenses only).
  • Ability to pass a driving assessment.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Physical ability to manually load and unload vehicles.
  • Flexibility to work 5-6 shifts per week, including weekends.
