About the Job


We are seeking an experienced Railway Maintenance Specialist to join our team at AW Rail Services Ltd. In this role, you will assist various teams working in rail environments, supporting tasks including loading/unloading materials, maintaining work environments, and operating hand tools. As a key member of our crew, you will work closely with skilled tradespeople, providing support and assistance when needed.

Job Summary:
  • Assist in the loading and unloading of materials and equipment.
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.
  • Perform general maintenance tasks, including clearing vegetation and knocking up for brick layers.

Key Qualifications:


  • Prior labouring experience is highly advantageous, but not essential.
  • A valid PTS (Personal Track Safety) certification is mandatory.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions are crucial for success in this role.
  • Reliability, hard work, and trustworthiness are essential qualities for this position.
