About the Role:

We're seeking a skilled project lead to oversee cross-functional engineering projects. You will work closely with our engineering and manufacturing teams to deliver high-quality products that meet customer expectations.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute project plans, focusing on quality, cost, and schedule.
  • Lead risk assessment activities and implement mitigation strategies to minimize project risks.
  • Collaborate with the Business Office to create project business cases and secure funding.
  • Define project requirements and scope, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Analyze project performance data and provide actionable insights to improve project outcomes.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal processes.
  • Maintain effective communication channels with team members, stakeholders, and customers.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in project management, preferably in an electronics engineering environment.
  • Track record of delivering successful projects, with emphasis on quality and customer satisfaction.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to collaborate with diverse groups.
  • Proficient in project management software, such as Asana, Jira, or MS Project.
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.

Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per year (depending on location)
