City & County Healthcare Group is seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Care Assistant to join their team. As a Complex Care Assistant, you will provide high-quality care and support to individuals in their homes and in the community, working closely with healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans.

Key responsibilities will include providing personal care and assistance with daily living tasks, maintaining accurate records, and reporting any changes or concerns to the relevant team members. You will also have the opportunity to develop skills in complex care areas, such as tracheotomy, ventilation, seizure management, and stoma care, and contribute to the development of care plans that meet the unique needs of each client.

A competitive salary of £13 per hour, plus a £300 welcome bonus on completion of 100 hours, is offered. You will also have access to a range of benefits, including maternity/paternity leave, pension scheme, paid annual leave, and refer a friend scheme. Additional benefits include cycle-to-work scheme and enhanced DBS check.

While no prior social care experience is necessary, we are more interested in your compassion and ability to care. You will need to be resilient and willing to learn new skills and develop your knowledge as part of a close-knit team.
