We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Home Manager to join our team at Remedicare. As a Home Manager, you will be responsible for the smooth running of our 40-bedded nursing home, ensuring high standards of care and business efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and manage the home's operations, ensuring compliance with CQC standards and regulations.
- Develop and implement effective care plans, working closely with residents, families, and healthcare professionals.
- Manage and motivate a team of care staff, promoting a positive and supportive work environment.
- Monitor and report on the home's performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
- Collaborate with the care team to ensure seamless delivery of care services, including medication management and resident activities.
- 2 years' experience as a Home Manager in a nursing home setting.
- NVQ Level 5 or equivalent qualification, or willingness to work towards.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Clear understanding of CQC standards and regulations, with the ability to implement and maintain compliance.
- Full UK driving license, with the ability to travel to meetings and training events.
- Competitive salary range of £52,000 - £55,000 per annum.
- 33 days' annual leave, plus bank holidays.
- Pension scheme and company car.
