Workshop Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Workshop Manager to join our team at Rise Technical Recruitment Limited. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing a team of technicians in a workshop environment, ensuring the efficient and effective maintenance of PSV's and PCV's.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a team of technicians in a workshop environment, ensuring high levels of productivity and quality of work.
  • Develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures to ensure optimal vehicle availability.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
  • Monitor and control workshop costs, ensuring efficient use of resources.
  • Identify and implement opportunities for process improvement and cost reduction.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in managing a team in a workshop environment, with a strong background in maintenance and repair of PSV's and PCV's.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and implement solutions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
