About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Estimator to join our team at Aldwych Consulting Ltd. This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional to lead our estimating efforts and contribute to the growth of our business.

Key Responsibilities

  • To manage and plan resources effectively, ensuring efficient cost-effective operations in the construction sector.
  • To develop and submit tenders on time, meeting client requirements and expectations.
  • To work closely with designers on design and build contracts, delivering high-quality solutions.
  • To liaise with commercial and procurement departments, streamlining processes and improving efficiency.
  • To complete quantity take-offs accurately and efficiently.

Programme Development

  • To develop programme requirements, construction methods, and techniques that achieve efficient cost-effective resource levels.

Requirements

  • A degree or HND/HNC in Civil Engineering or Quantity Surveying.
  • Previous experience in infrastructure projects, preferably with a strong track record of delivery.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly.
  • A full UK driving license, with a valid vehicle.
