About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join our team, supporting students with Special Educational Needs (SEN) and complex learning difficulties.

This is a rewarding role that requires energy, fitness, and a passion for working with students who require additional support.

As a Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with teachers to provide individualized support to students, promoting their learning and well-being.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support students with SEN and complex learning difficulties in the learning environment
  • Provide personal care and assistance as needed
  • Work collaboratively with teachers to develop and implement individualized learning plans
  • Contribute to a positive and inclusive learning environment
Requirements
  • A good educational background, preferably with a CACHE L3 or above qualification
  • A desire to work with students with moderate and complex learning difficulties
  • Previous experience in a similar role is desirable, but not essential
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Enthusiasm for supporting children and their learning
  • The ability to work well on your own and as part of a team
  • A positive attitude and sense of humour
  • A willingness to learn new skills and take on new challenges
What We Offer
  • A competitive salary of £85-£100 per day, depending on experience
  • Term-time only + 5 training days (39 weeks)
  • Working hours: 8.30am-4pm, Monday to Friday
  • Induction and training provided for this rewarding role
