Corporate Lawyer

We are seeking a driven and ambitious solicitor to join our team as a Corporate and Commercial Solicitor. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for handling a caseload of corporate and commercial matters, including private M&A transactions, asset sales, reorganisations, fundraisings, EIS/SEIS investments, joint ventures, shareholder exits, share schemes, and shareholders agreements.
About the Role- Handle a caseload of corporate and commercial matters
- Work on private M&A transactions, asset sales, reorganisations, fundraisings, EIS/SEIS investments, joint ventures, shareholder exits, share schemes, and shareholders agreements
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Contribute to the growth and development of our team
- At least 1 year of PQE
- Excellent IT, client care, and communication skills
- Previous experience handling a caseload of corporate and commercial matters
- Hybrid working arrangement (2 days at home, 3 in the office)
