Senior Sales Manager

In a rapidly evolving landscape, Visa is partnering with energy companies and mobility providers to develop innovative solutions for commercial fleets. As a Senior Manager, Solution Sales, Fleet & Mobility, you will drive sales and revenue growth by developing, implementing, and innovating Visa's product set for key clients.
Key Responsibilities:- Partner with clients and teams to translate client requirements into Visa capabilities and product components.
- Collaborate with cluster, sales, client success, and global product teams to deliver value for clients and support innovation.
- Accelerate client implementations in acquiring and delivering solutions at scale.
- Design and deploy relevant product components on fleet taxation and enhanced data to address client needs with Visa technology.
- Support the sales cycle and take clients through our solutions and implementation stage to support product evaluation.
- Be a thought leader and champion of innovation, consolidating client needs and corporate objectives across Mobility and Fleet, and translating these objectives into product design and innovation roadmaps.
- Support and lead marketing activities across Fleet & Mobility, facilitating Visa's thought leadership.
- This is a sales engineering role with a focus on product and customer profitability.
This is a hybrid position, with employees alternating between remote and office work. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week, with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.
Requirements:- Good knowledge of payments network and processing services.
- Client and sales focus with proven ability to establish productive working relationships with different stakeholders.
- Strong interpersonal skills to work collaboratively across functions and geographies in a complex matrix environment.
- Significant experience in a customer support role and/or sales engineering in financial services, payment card, software, or information services.
- In-depth knowledge of Authorisations, Clearing & Settlement, and back-office processing.
- Analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
- Ability to work in a complex project to determine business and customer needs, providing the best solution to meet these needs.
- Open-minded and excited about future technologies, willing to learn and work in a multi-cultural environment.
- A team player who is able to develop strong internal and external relationships ensuring uptake and delivery of Visa solutions.
- One or more European languages is a plus, with the ability to travel across Europe for internal and external meetings and pitches when required.
