Rubicon Recruitment Agency is seeking a skilled Manufacturing Operative to join our team. As a key member of our manufacturing team, you will be responsible for working on the production line to meet client-specific requirements.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced production environment where you will be responsible for:

  • Dipping metal components into chemicals (plating process)
  • Mixing of chemicals
  • Inspecting finished products for defects to ensure they meet company standards
  • Using computer systems to input data
  • Loading and unloading materials (heavy lifting work)
  • General housekeeping duties

About You:

We are looking for a candidate with:

  • A strong willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced production environment
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent attention to detail, reliable and punctual
